Meet the Team

Dr. Ursula Pomeroy-Arthur

Co-Founder

Hi, I’m Ursula. I started training BJJ in 2014 and got my blue belt in 2016. Having the skills to defend myself in scary situations is something very close to my heart. I am passionate about sharing these skills with other ladies to create a safe and effective toolkit that all of us can use. I am personally invested in sharing our Women’s Empowerment Day with you so that we can take back our confidence and feel safe - and a little badass.
